1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of The Solution Hub's services, including the TSH Cold Email tool ("TSH", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, or by authorizing us to access your Gmail or LinkedIn account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
The Solution Hub helps newcomers, international students, and visa applicants secure jobs in Canada. Our platform provides client intake, job-application tracking, personalized cold-email outreach to hiring managers sent from the client's own Gmail account, and staff-managed LinkedIn content creation and publishing. Every outreach email and LinkedIn post is reviewed by our staff before it is sent or published.
3. Google Account Access and Use
When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize us to access it only as described below. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the following Google scopes:
gmail.send— used only to send job-outreach emails, composed and reviewed by our staff, from your own Gmail address to hiring managers. Replies go to your inbox, not ours. We never send mail without your prior consent.gmail.readonly— used only to detect and display replies to the outreach emails the app sent on your behalf (for example, a hiring manager responding to your application). We read message content solely on the email threads the app itself started; we never read your general inbox or unrelated mail. Reply content is shown to you and the staff assisting you and is retained only as long as needed to provide the service. We do not use this data for advertising or to train AI models.userinfo.email— used only to identify which Gmail address you connected, so we send from and monitor the correct account.
We will not transfer or sell this Google user data, and we use it solely to provide and improve the features described here.
The Solution Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. LinkedIn Account Access
When you connect your LinkedIn account, you authorize us to publish staff-approved content on your profile as directed by you. You retain ownership of all content published through our platform, and you grant us a limited license to create, edit, and publish that content on your behalf.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for authorizing access to your Gmail and LinkedIn accounts and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You must review the outreach and content strategy we propose and may pause or stop it at any time.
- You agree not to use our services for spam, deceptive, or misleading communications.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, as well as Google's and LinkedIn's terms of service and program policies.
6. Account Access and Revocation
You may revoke our access to your Gmail or LinkedIn account at any time via Google Account permissions or your LinkedIn account settings. Revocation immediately stops all email-sending, reply-detection, and posting activity on your behalf.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your information — including Gmail and LinkedIn data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Solution Hub is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to email delivery failures, sender-reputation issues, LinkedIn post visibility, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, we will cease all sending and posting activity, revoke our stored access to your connected accounts, and, on request, delete your data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
