How Provincial Nominee Programs score you

Most provinces run an Expression of Interest (EOI) pool: you submit a profile, the province scores it on a points grid, and it invites the highest scores in periodic draws. But every province’s grid is different — the maximum score, the factors, and the weightings all vary, so a score in one province tells you nothing about another.

A high score is not an approval. Provinces invite by draw, and cut-offs change every time. Nearly every stream also needs a genuine connection to the province — usually a job offer or local work/study experience. Landing that job is where we help.

Please read: This is an unofficial estimate for general guidance only — not immigration advice and not a guarantee of nomination or permanent residence. Point values were taken from each province’s official grid (verified July 2026), but provinces change their criteria without notice — always confirm on the official site before you rely on a number. Language scores assume a similar level across all four abilities. The Solution Hub helps you with your job search and career; for the immigration application itself we connect you with a licensed RCIC (as required under IRPA s.91).
