TSH Cold Email
A tool for The Solution Hub's career-services clients. With each client's explicit permission, TSH Cold Email sends personalized job-application emails from the client's own Gmail account — and notifies them when an employer replies, so no opportunity is missed.
How it works
1. The client connects their GmailDuring onboarding, the client signs in with Google and explicitly authorizes TSH to send applications from, and detect replies in, their account.
2. We send applications on their behalfPersonalized, one-to-one job-application emails go to relevant employers — in the client's own name, from their own inbox.
3. We surface employer repliesWhen an employer responds, the reply is detected and shown to the client and their job coach so they can follow up quickly.
Google permissions we use
- Send email (
gmail.send) — to send the client's job-application emails to employers. - Read email (
gmail.readonly) — used only to read the threads our tool started, to detect employer replies. We never browse the rest of the mailbox.
We use this access solely to provide the features above. We do not use Google user data for advertising and we do not sell it. Clients can revoke access at any time from their Google Account.
