Job Booster is a hands-on career-services package delivered over 2–3 months — our team does the work together with you. The $2,000 is a professional service fee for the work and coaching: building your recruiter-ready ATS resume and LinkedIn, managing consistent job applications with your approval, and one-on-one interview coaching and mock interviews. It's a service fee — not a placement or recruiting fee — and it does not guarantee a job.

What Job Booster guarantees is the work: a strong Canadian profile, consistent professional applications, and real interview coaching, so you walk into every interview thoroughly prepared.

Roughly 2 to 3 months. The first weeks build your profile and strategy; then we manage applications and coach you through interviews, adjusting the plan as we learn what's working for your field and location.

You can ask to cancel any time before we begin work. Once work starts, the fee pays for the professional work we perform, so it's generally non-refundable — but if you're not happy with a document we produce, like your resume or LinkedIn profile, we revise it to make it right, and if something is incomplete or not as agreed, tell us within 7 days — we'll review it and arrange a fair resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or a partial refund. You pay only after your free call, and only once you have everything in writing — what's included, the price, the timeline, and the refund policy. You receive an invoice and receipt from The Solution Hub, and the exact payment options are confirmed in your written agreement — payment always goes to The Solution Hub, never to anyone's personal account. If you prefer, you can visit our office at 2001 Albion Rd #1a, Etobicoke and complete everything in person. We will never rush your decision.

Job Booster works with you, not instead of you. You attend the strategy session and coaching calls, review and approve the applications we prepare, and show up prepared for your interviews. We do the heavy, repetitive work — you stay in charge of your own job search. Before we start, you get in writing exactly how your applications will be submitted — and we will never ask for your banking details, card PINs, or one-time passcodes.

Our free placement is employer-funded and specific to early childhood educator (ECE) and daycare roles — employers pay us, so you don't. Job Booster is different: an optional, premium, hands-on service for people who want intensive support across their full job search in any field. You choose the path that fits you.
