Roughly 2 to 3 months. The first weeks build your profile and strategy; then we manage applications and coach you through interviews, adjusting the plan as we learn what's working for your field and location.

You pay only after your free call, and only once you have everything in writing — what's included, the price, the timeline, and the refund policy. You receive an invoice and receipt from The Solution Hub, and the exact payment options are confirmed in your written agreement — payment always goes to The Solution Hub, never to anyone's personal account. Job Booster works with you, not instead of you. You attend the strategy session and coaching calls, review and approve the applications we prepare, and show up prepared for your interviews. We do the heavy, repetitive work — you stay in charge of your own job search. Before we start, you get in writing exactly how your applications will be submitted — and we will never ask for your banking details, card PINs, or one-time passcodes.
Our free placement is employer-funded and specific to early childhood educator (ECE) and daycare roles — employers pay us, so you don't. Job Booster is different: an optional, premium, hands-on service for people who want intensive support across their full job search in any field. You choose the path that fits you.
