Why are there no draws for months in my program — what do I do while it's paused?

Provinces pause draws for many reasons: annual quotas being used up, program reviews, or shifting priorities. It is frustrating, but usually not a sign your profile has a problem. While you wait, keep your profile and documents up to date, retake your language test if you can score higher, and check whether another province's stream fits you.
